Hasan found guilty of charges

Maj. Nidal Hasan was found guilty of 13 counts premeditated murder, and by a military jury, 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder. Under the law, that makes him eligible for the death penalty.

After killing 13, and wounding 31 in a killing spree at Ft. Hood in 2009, his deadly rampage ended when a police officer shot him in the back, paralyzing him from the waist down.
